I haven't received all cash during my withdraw process

We do our best to give you a great customer experience at our ATMs. Still, in rare cases it can happen that the ATM does not contain enough money to complete the withdrawal process. If such a case has occurred to you, please contact our customer hotline.

After successful authentication and verification of your transaction, our Värdex customer support can refund you the outstanding cash amount.

Värdex offers two different ways of refunding the outstanding withdraw amount:

  • Payment of the outstanding amount as crypto transfer to your wallet
  • Payment of the outstanding amount via SEPA bank transfer

For a refund via bank transfer, the account holder name, IBAN, BIC / SWIFT and bank name are required.
